Philippe Fouet, Technical Director of CREDO Circle will speak on June 2, 2022 in round table n°3 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on the theme: The quality of fiber networks in the short, medium and long term.

Damage to FttH networks occurring during connection operations continues. While some effects are observable in the short term (disconnection of subscribers, etc.), others may only appear later, with consequences for the network in terms of performance and durability. These risks are particularly important when it comes to IPR because of community engagement. The 2021 electronic communications mediation annual report also mentions the difficulties encountered by consumers in this area and their increase (fiber disputes represented 30% of disputes in 2021 compared to a quarter in 2020). Two local authorities will share their feedback on both operational aspects and those relating to the deterioration of the image of public action. Credo Circle will provide its expertise on the implications of these degradations and will detail the issues related to the network operation phase.

  • Frédéric Müller, Director – Régie Auvergne Numérique
  • Michel Chanel, Vice President Electronic Communications – SIeA
